When will my order be ship out?
You will receive a confirmation email from Orolus.com once your
order has been shipped. If you suspect that an error has occur
on your order, kindly email
us with your name and order number. An Orolus representative
will reply within 24 hours.

Every purchase will come with a tracking number from FedEx.
You can track the delivery status of your purchase with the fedex
tracking number using the orolus.com main page, or www.fedex.com

When will my backorder arrive
?
In the case of back-ordered items, the goods will be delivered
when stock becomes available. An Orolus representative will keep
you updated on the status of your order.

Please double-check on the status of your order through www.fedex.com
or www.dhl.com,
using the tracking number assigned. If you have reasons to believe
that your shipment has been lost, kindly contact Orolus
as soon as possible, with your name and order number.

How do I cancel my order
/ item?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your order. Please
notify us through email and we would appreciate it if you could
include the reason for canceling. Please include your order number
in our Contact
Us form. After we receive your e-mail, we will
proceed to cancel your order. If the package has been shipped
and the tracking number has been forwarded to you but for personal
reasons you decide to cancel the order, please note that all return
shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Please also note that if we have processed your order
but have not shipped the watch, you will be liable for a 3% restocking
fee or USD15 (which ever is higher based on the cost of the watch) to
cover our expenses.

How do I return my product?
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(RMA#). If you wish to return a watch, please indicate the reason
you are returning your product, and send your request here.
Once you have received the RMA#, proceed to send the watch to

Clause: Apart from shipping charges,
the customer is responsible for all duties and import taxes. Duties
and import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. If
incurred the duties/import taxes billing would be delivered by
our carriers, FedEx or DHL either on the day of the package to
be sent to the customer or in a few weeks thereafter.

What is the shipping policy?
If you would like to re-route your package after receiving the
FedEx tracking number from us, please kindly email us within 24
hours on the changes to your shipping address. If there are any
changes to your shipping address (WITHOUT an email notification
within 24 hours), you will have to pay for the re-routing charges
by FedEx.
Who are our Official carriers?
FedEx and DHL are our official shipping carriers.
When will I receive my shipment?
The goods will be delivered to your doorsteps within 5 working
days, upon confirmation of order and availability of stock. In
the case of back-order items, the goods will be delivered when
stock is available. Every purchase will come with a tracking number
from FedEx. You can track the delivery status of your purchase
with the fedex tracking number from our website, or www.fedex.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. But, we'd like to stress that all
delivery to physical addresses only as our shipping carrier Do
Not deliver to P.O. Box or mailbox addresses.

What is the Orolus.com Return
Policy?
In order to provide the best shopping experience possible,
Orolus.com provides a money back guarantee or exchange policy
to all its customers.
Simply put, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,
it can be returned in exchange for another!
Returns/ Exchange requests must adhere to the conditions prescribed
below:
1. It must not be classified as a "special order"
item
"Special order" items are not part of our usual stock
and as such it has to be ordered specifically for each order.
For this reason, these items are exempted from any returns or
exchanges.
In the event that the "special order" item is received
in a faulty or damaged condition then we can accept a return for
a replacement.
Rest assured, the customer will be notified before the order is
processed if the watch chosen is deemed a "special order"
item.
2. Notification within 48 hours of receipt
We require you to e-mail us within 48 hours of receipt if you
are not happy with your purchase or to notify us of any defect/
discrepancies on the watch to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
An RMA is a confirmation from Orolus.com that your return/exchange
request has been accepted and will be issued to you via e-mail.
Note that the e-mail will also include further instructions on
how to return your purchase.
Please note that an RMA number expires after 14 days of the
issuing date. Therefore, all returns must be received by Orolus.com
within 14 days of the issuance of the RMA number.
All return(s) which are over the 48 hours notification
period or 14 days return period or without an RMA
will be refused. In such cases, the item will be returned
back and the buyer will be charged for the re-shipping costs.
3. The watch must not be worn
The watch can only be returned if it has never been worn.
For this reason, we attach a security seal with each watch. Please
do not remove the security seal that is attached to the
watch. We will not accept any return if the security seal has
been tampered with or removed.
Kindly note that, it is difficult to wear a watch, even for even
short periods, without scratching or blemishing it in some way.
Therefore, please do not wear a watch that you think you
might return.
We will refuse any returns should there be signs of the
watch being worn, as we do not sell used watches. The watch must
also not be resized or altered in any way.
Please return the watch in the original box with all the original
packing material, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and
any other material(s) that came with the watch.
4. A) Restocking fee, delivery charge and value of exchange item
- (for exchanges)
A return for an exchange will be subject to a 5% restocking
fee (minimum of US$15 applies). It is calculated as 5% of
the initial watch value.
Customer will be responsible for the return freight charge as
well as the shipping cost for the newly exchanged watch. (An exception
is made if the watch was received in a faulty or damaged condition.
In such instances where the customer is not at fault, the courier
charge will be paid by Orolus.com.)
An exchange will only be accepted for the same or higher
value item.
Any exchange(s) after the first one will incur a 10% or US$20
restocking fee (which ever is higher based on the cost of the
preceding watch).
Requesting a refund after performing an exchange will result
to a 20% or US$30 restocking fee whichever is higher. Please understand
that this is done to prevent abuse of our exchange policy.
Kindly advice in advance on the watch model you wish to exchange
for in order to avoid disappointment.
B) Restocking fee - (for returns)
A return for a refund will be subjected to a 10% restocking
fee or US$25 (which ever is higher based on the cost of the
watch).
Customer will be responsible for the return courier charge. (An
exception is made if the watch was received in a faulty or damaged
condition. In such instances where the customer is not at fault,
the courier charge will be paid by Orolus.com.)
Information on the choice
of courier
You may use our FedEx / DHL account to return the package
for a lower rate but we do not guarantee that the charges to be
US$10. We ship in bulk and the special rate is given to us based
on volume shipments. We will not bear the cost for the return
shipment. All shipping charges would be waived for the
return of faulty watches only.
To prevent any misunderstanding, we would suggest that you contact
FedEx / DHL to get a quote for return shipping charges before
requesting for a pick up.
For your own protection, you may wish to insure the watch you
are returning. We will not assume liability for any damage
or loss which occurred during shipping on returns.
We strongly suggest you use FedEx, DHL, TNT and UPS.
We do not recommend using the normal postal service as
parcels are not traceable until 30 days after the package has
been shipped and in our experience can lead to uncontrolled delays.Top
