Before you shop online here are some
questions you should be asking the vendor;
1. Do you have a secure server verified by Thawte
(or its equivalent) so that my credit card details
are safe?
2. Do you have a privacy policy verified by Truste
(or its equivalent) so that my personal details
and habits will not be
abused or sold?
3. Are you a registered safe shopping site on
ePubliceye.com (or its equivalent)?
Answer: Yes, we are registered with
Thawte, Truste and ePubliceye.com for safe shopping
and privacy. If you would scroll down to the bottom
of our homepage, you will notice all three logos
on the site to indicate we are registered with
them.
4. Do you have a representative
office in the country I am ordering from?
Answer: We do not have representative
offices worldwide, but can be reached at our headquarters
in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Details of how to contact

5. Are there any hidden charges?
Answer: There
are no hidden charges for our watches. Orolus.com
will only bill the customer for the price of the
watch and shipping costs. Any taxes or duties
incurred will be borne by the customer.
6. Can you be contacted if something goes wrong?
Answer: We
do not have representative offices worldwide,

7. Do you use a well known courier
like Fedex, DHL, UPS?
Answer: Our
official carriers are FedEx, DHL and UPS for all
our deliveries.
What else should I do?
A. Check for unsolicited testimonials as solicited
ones are not reliable.
B. Get your goods delivered at a time when you
will be at the delivery address
C. Always request that the courier can only release
the package with your signature.
D. If the seller is registered with a safe shopping
site (eg. ePubliceye.com), check that the ratings
are based on a large number
of reports.
