I was a little unsure about ordering such an expensive item via the internet, but I am pleased to say that the service I received was second to none. There was a small hiccup regarding address verification (outside USA and Canada), but this was sorted out within hours via fax.
The website is easy to use, with good quality graphics and lots of info. My watch arrived at the promised time (literally!), and I saved over £100 on the UK high street price.
